Steve Sawyer is a member of Syracuse University’s iSchool faculty. His research focuses on the relationships among changing forms of work, it’s organization and uses of information and communication technologies. Jennifer Sonne is a Ph.D. student of Information Science and Technology at Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies. She received her MLIS from Drexel University concentrating in Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management and her B.A. from Hamilton College with honors in Comparative Literature and a minor in Economics.
